At Vedamist, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our product (personal care), we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness for all our customers.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please make sure to read the product description and ingredients carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To process your claim, we require:

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel or refund it unless it meets the conditions above.
